You are welcome to exchange product for product, or store credit, within 30 days from purchase with original or email receipt. Alternatively, you may return products for a refund within 14 days from purchase with original or email receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have the original tags intact. Please note customer is responsible for shipping costs of online returns.
Helmets, headwear, grooming products, drinkware and sale items are all final sale.

All online orders placed on Mondays or Tuesdays will be packaged Wednesday and dispatched within 48 hours.
All online orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will be packaged the same day and dispatched within 48 hours.
Keep in mind: We do not ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. We encourage upgrading to tracked shipping for international orders. We are unable to find packages in transit without tracking. There may be shipping delays due to Covid-19.

All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Any and all costs relating to address corrections, changes or redirects once the package has left the shop will be the customer's responsibility.
