We put way too much effort into these limited edition waxed canvas tote bags. Seriously. We even made the wax.
We've been obsessed with waxed fabric for a while now. Not only does it provide some impressive waterproofing capabilities, but it also gives plain ol' cotton canvas a great worn-in look.
So instead of just buying some generic fabric wax on eBay, we went the full monty and created our own proprietary fabric wax bars in order to make these new tote bags truly epic.
WAXED BY HAND
Available in two heavy-hitting colourways, our Waxed Canvas Tote Bags are crafted from rugged 9.4oz cotton canvas, screen printed right here in downtown Hamilton and then waxed by hand in house by the Steeltown team. Our wax is a special in-house blend of beeswax, coconut wax and essential oils.
READY FOR RECORDS
Our new totes are also oversized (about a 16" square) so they're perfect for vinyl record shopping and feature a reinforced shoulder strap so you can reallllly load up on those Harry Belafonte LPs.
