Exchange or returns welcome within 30 days of purchase with recipes or order confirmation. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have the original tags intact. Please note customer is responsible for shipping costs of online returns.

This product ships from our new US warehouse in Denver, Colorado.
All online orders are processed within 2-3 days after the order was placed. You will get a tracking number as soon as we pack it up and put a shipping label on it.
We still have a warehouse in Ontario, Canada from which our 3/4 Low Profile Helmets ship out of. If you are buying a helmet in addition to other products they will ship and arrive separately.
