RETURN/EXCHANGE  POLICY

Helmets are always final sale for safety reasons. 

USA RETURNS

You are welcome to exchange product for product, or store credit, within 30 days from purchase with original or email receipt. Alternatively, you may return products for a refund within 30 days from purchase with original or email receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have the original tags intact. Please note customer is responsible for shipping costs of online returns. Helmets, headwear, grooming products, drinkware and sale items are all final sale.

We DO NOT pay for return shipping.

Include a note with your order number and return and/or exchange information. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have the original tags intact.

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Everything above still applies. But make sure to write on the outside of the parcel "USA ORIGINATED GOODS BEING RETURNED" so that there's no customs or import fees owing.
