Our Cold Weather Bomber is a traditional MA-1 flight jacket featuring a heavyweight Sage Green nylon shell, a classic quilted Safety Orange liner, loads of pockets and a generous double fill layer for superior warmth and comfort.
Our Cold Weather Bomber also features antique brass YKK-style zippers, orange parachute cord pulls, and a WWII-style "Built To Blast" embroidered chest patch.

This product ships from our new US warehouse in Denver, Colorado.
All online orders are processed within 2-3 days after the order was placed. You will get a tracking number as soon as we pack it up and put a shipping label on it.
We still have a warehouse in Ontario, Canada from which our 3/4 Low Profile Helmets ship out of. If you are buying a helmet in addition to other products they will ship and arrive separately.

BUILT FOR THE COLD
Steeltown as a brand was born in the cold, so we know a thing or two about chilly weather. We know what it feels like when the moisture from your breath turns to ice on your moustache, when the skin on your face feels as tight as a bongo drum, and your bones feel so brittle from the chill they could just snap.
That's why we built our MA-1 Bomber Jackets for the cold. Made with a heavyweight 100% sage nylon shell, double thick filling throughout, and a wind flap that sits behind the main zipper to block the wind, it's basically an advanced thermal outer-layer that looks like a piece of vintage fashion.
PERIOD CORRECT
The most period-correct feature of our bomber is the high-vis quilted Safety Orange liner. Traditionally, when fighter pilots were downed in enemy territory, they would reverse their jacket to be better spotted by rescue aircraft from above.
We chose to stay true to this history. Adding to the jacket's authenticity, the over-sized embroidered Never Tamed chest patch harkens back to the days of white knuckled-dogfights and high speed patriotism.
