Shopping During COVID
Steeltown Garage is more than just a coffee shop. More than just a retail store. And more than just a brand. It's a meeting place. A safe space where people from all different walks of life congregate, socialize and build lasting relationships. It's full of life and interaction and positive energy. And it's always buzzing. But we can't, in good conscience, continue to provide such a space when it's not healthy, safe or responsible to do so right now.
So, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we're offering contactless Curb-Side Pick Up in leu of shopping physically in store from Wednesday to Sunday, between 11am - 5pm.
Here's how it works:
Just pull up out front and call the shop phone (289) 389-7737.
PAYMENT: For the smoothest experience possible, it's best if you order online and choose pick up in store (info below). And then just grab your goods from the garage roll up. However, if you need to pay in person, ensure that you have a card that supports TAP payments.
NOTE: We are not doing fresh coffees. The coffee machine is off and will remain off until it's safer to have small-medium gatherings in public.

FREE NORTH AMERICAN SHIPPING ON $100+
If you're in North America and your order total is over $100 CDN, it'll ship for free right to your doorstep. We ship out everyday between Wednesday and Sunday. Some shipping delays may occur due to Covid.
As always, we're shipping worldwide through various postal systems and carriers. When checking out, you'll be shown real-time, weight-calculated shipping rates that you can choose from. While we can promise a quick dispatch from our shop, we cannot promise timely delivery due to the delays postal service stations are experiencing from implementing physical distancing in shipping facilities, as well as the increased volume of packages being mailed.
We highly encourage all international orders to opt for any shipping option that includes tracking, as there's actually NO WAY to track orders that do not have tracking numbers, especially during the Covid pandemic. Steeltown is not responsible for these delays, and Steeltown is not responsible for tracking shipments that do not have Tracking.
