So we're beyond excited to finally have these feature-rich, premium flannels available in store and online in two classic styles: All Black and a traditional Buffalo Check.

This product ships from our new US warehouse in Denver, Colorado.
All online orders are processed within 2-3 days after the order was placed. You will get a tracking number as soon as we pack it up and put a shipping label on it.
We still have a warehouse in Ontario, Canada from which our 3/4 Low Profile Helmets ship out of. If you are buying a helmet in addition to other products they will ship and arrive separately.

Honestly this thing is super high quality. It's very nice and thick and the stitch quality is great. I'm usually an XL and I bought an XL. It fit a little on the baggy side when it arrived but after a wash and dry, it is like a perfectly fitting XL now.

Very well made, and substantial shirt - this thing seems like it will be very durable and last a lifetime! I did size down as it runs a little large (I normally wear a size medium and opted for a small, and it fits perfect).

why we made this
We got tired of cheap shopping mall flannels that felt like tissue paper. And high-priced big brand flannels that cost as much as a new exhaust. So we wanted to make a premium quality, feature-rich heavyweight flannel that was also easy on the bank account.

Did you guys really design the Freeway Flannels from scratch?
Yes. Yes we did. We took over two years to get these flannels just right. Countless fabric approvals, colour die approvals, design tweaks and samples that didn't meet our quality specs. But we got it right in the end. And we're stoked to share them with you.
How do the Freeway Flannels fit?
The Freeway Flannels fit on the generous side like any good classic peice of workwear. But it allows for some shrinkage if you wash and tumble dry with heat. So take your usual size and you should be fine.
What are the Freeway Flannels made of?
We were determined to make a traditional style flannel just like they did in the old days. So we used custom milled 100% heavyweight cotton that has been brushed on both sides for amazing next to skin comfort.
